Our Company FAQ

1-How many years of experience does your company have?

We have over 35 years of experience in providing Structural Engineering and Construction Services for new construction as well as renovations and retrofitting projects. We focus on efficiency, constructability and value with emphasis on budget and aesthetic.

2-What are your payment options?

Payment options vary from job to job, however generally at least the price of materials and travel to the job site is calculated into the down payment. A final payment will then be due at the completion of the work.

3-How can we be sure that Point Design Inc. , will complete the project as it was agreed upon while keeping the standard of quality high?

You will have a project contractor who is there to answer any questions or concerns as the project progresses. Their job is to inform you and react to any reasonable request during the project. Many customers who don’t have this open communication with the contractor feel uncomfortable and sometimes feel they are not getting the value as a result.

4-Will I be able to request or change things during the project?

It depends, if the modifications fit within the scope of the project, a modified quotation is created and when the customer and Point Design Inc. agree, the project can easily move forward.
